Spiritual 2-A-Days is a much needed safe haven that is unique for students. The one-on-one mentoring offers them a connection with someone who is genuinely interested in helping them through their daily struggles. It has been a blessing to watch this ministry provide the necessary spiritual, educational and emotional growth for these young men and women.

The three years of mentoring I received while participating in the Spiritual 2-A-Days program were significant for me. It helped me grow in accountability and it helped strengthen my Christian life.

We exist to equip high school and college students with a mentor who provides the framework for training and development in education, personal development, accountability, and Biblical spirituality.
Spiritual 2-A-Days was established in 2004 while its founder watched a university football team go through grueling 2-a-day practices. Tony Eubanks wanted to challenge student-athletes in accountability and spirituality as much as they were being challenged physically. Tony began mentoring three athletes in 2004. Currently, 200 students in high schools and colleges across the country are being mentored. Spiritual 2-A-Days has now expanded into high schools and women’s ministries and continues to grow in popularity nationally.
S2AD is not just another mentoring program. We focus on mentoring AND discipling. The word of God serves as our tool for teaching, rebuking, guiding, encouraging, and edifying of young men and women in high schools and colleges. The relationships formed between mentors and mentees often turn into life-long friendships. Integrity and accountability are two main points of focus. More importantly, S2AD does not interpret the Bible culturally, we interpret the culture Biblically.
